I would give 0 stars if I could. I spent $450 on a 30 min job that had $50 in materials. I replied to the email that contained my bill that I was unhappy and felt taken advantage of as $450 seemed quite steep for the scope of the work and actual time spent. My sales rep called me and told me that $150-200 of that is for back office support. $150-200 for back office support for a 30 min job!!! I guess if you have a small job, stay away.
