The level of customer service that was given before the actual roof replacement was fantastic. Steve Green made more than 5 trips to our house to satisfy the insurance requirements. There was some extra pre-approval steps need to prove what level of impact resistance our old shingles were. Steve removed a small section of shingles from each of our three structures to satisfy the insurance company to insure we got every dollar that was due to us. My neighbor recommended Easton Roofing as an honest, quality company. My experience with them was just that. After a huge tree fell on my house causing damage to the roof, rafters, and guttering, they came out quickly, gave me an estimate on the repairs, and put a protective tarp over the damaged area at no charge. We've used Easton Roofing for many years. They do quality work at reasonable prices. As for trustworthiness, we've asked for a roof inspection (they're complimentary) on more than one occasion, and when nothing is needed they say so. They don't create problems where there aren't any.
