Main reason I chose them was that Charles spoke of how all the former roofing material would be removed down to the original deck. Perhaps they miss calculated how much material was there but the photo proves that they did not remove the old material down to the deck. I am replacing the roof currently in part because of a poor install and hail damage, down the road I’ll be doing the same with this poor install. This team is great from scheduling, estimation, to being on the roof. This was a small patch repair due to all the winds lately but I was treated like it was a million dollar job. My roof will need a total replacement in about a year and this is who I’m choosing without a doubt.
