While the customer service was exceptional, the overall experience left something to be desired.
In total, my job took three weeks to complete. This is due to a 10x3 section of my roof not being replaced on the original job date. Other hiccups along the way included a torn screen, a hole in one of my gutters, and a chimney that had to be re-flashed two more times to keep water out.
