Thought I had a roof leak. Charles came out to take a look. Roof looks great. He did give a recommendation on what could be causing the water issue based on what he saw. Charged me nothing and gave me a lead on tracking down the issue. Definitely keeping his card on file because I feel like I can trust them.

Entire experience was 5 stars! We had 3 companies quote us. Premier only wanted to work with us if we had an insurance claim. They did the inspection and it was like talking to a used car salesman - awful! The other company gave a quote without going up on the roof, did not have any conversation about ventilation, or potential problems with my very old roof, etc. The Easton Roofing inspection felt comprehensive.
