Terry came out to replace my cupola. After checking around with other roofers, I discovered this is an uncommon job. But Terry was confident and completed the job in under 2 hours. Watching him carry the new cupola straight up 2 stories with his extension ladder was impressive! We had a leak in our skylight. Someone came out very quickly to look at it and give us a free quote. He answered all of my questions and kept me up to date when trying to find shingles which matched our roof. Very reasonable price and quick repair!

While the customer service was exceptional, the overall experience left something to be desired. In total, my job took three weeks to complete. This is due to a 10x3 section of my roof not being replaced on the original job date. Other hiccups along the way included a torn screen, a hole in one of my gutters, and a chimney that had to be re-flashed two more times to keep water out.
