Easton has the most incredible customer service I've experienced anywhere. Our roof was done quickly and efficiently, at a great price. Then on two separate occasions I've had a question about something weird that blew off the roof that we couldn't identify, or a funny-looking spot and they have shown up that day, within a matter of hours to take a look and fix it, free of cost. Fabulous service! We had a tree limb pierce our roof this evening. At the suggestion of our insurance agent, we made several calls to places with no answer, and no return call. I spoke with Heather,she took my information and promised a return call. She called back quickly telling us someone was on the way! A lifesaver considering the current forecast!
