Katrina stood on the sidewalk, staring up at the trio of aging storefronts she owned --over 20 years of wear and weather had taken their toll on the flat roof and shingles.
A year ago, someone had come by to check out the roof – a combo of shingles and TPO. They’d told her it didn’t look good.
Now, water stains blossomed on the ceiling tiles. The insulation was soaked through, and she could smell the must in the upper floors.
She needed to do something ASAP. She reached out to ECC and with the help of Tom, Brian and Jim, the owner, was able to come up with a plan that would restore the years of damage. Using GAF’s roof system and Owens Corning Driftwood, Katrina was delighted with the restoration of her storefronts. Check out the transformation!
