Tom was a very good representative for ECC. He was prompt, courteous, a receptive to our needs. Tom was the perfect liaison between myself, management, and the installation crew. The only issue I had with ECC was a delay because or the supply chain issues. Once that was rectified, the job was completed in a timely fashion. Tom and all of the workers at ECC did an excellent job. The finished job turned out looking great. Thank you Tom and all of the staff at ECC.
ECC has been wonderful to work with. Too many times in the service industry promises are made that are never followed through. With ECC they kept every promise and commitment. Our sales representative was Alex (highly recommend working with him) The actual work on the new roof was top notch, they cleaned up impeccably once they were done. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them for any roofing job.
ECC is the best. Storm damage to my roof and capping was an eye sore, but ECC came to the rescue. Quick, clean, and most important affordable. Ryan Albano made the process headache free. Any problems I had were solved quicker than expected. Appreciate the hard work, Thanks again.
