The job once it was started was completed quickly....however I have had to place several phone calls regarding antenna dishes that were never removed and roofing materials, ie nails and staples were found in yard. Even after they came back up to clean up I found more staples in yard. Also asked for quote on gutters to which I have yet to receive. Yet though it all, good and bad, the office staff has been wonderful communicating with.
Hey Theresa Sereday so sorry to hear your experience wasn't awesome. We want to make things right! We saw the photos that showed the dish had been removed but what we didn't realize was they mistakenly re-attached it after the install. We will have it removed asap. Also we did send over your gutter estimate. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.
