The whole experience from start to finish was great. Tom gave us step by step details of how everything was going to go. They scheduled us quickly and the work was done in one day and they cleaned up everything before they left.
ECC came out and evaluated my roof for wind damage. They created a detailed report and sent it over to my insurance company. There was a misunderstanding at first but that was quickly cleared up. They did a great job representing me for my insurance claim and made sure that insurance paid for the appropriate solution to my roof. Install of my roof was done in a day and the workers did a great job cleaning up after they were done.
The ECC Team was very professional and walked me throught the process the entire way. Would call again if/when I need to.
I was scheduled to have a new roof in Sept, my solar company came 3 months early and took down my panels. I called EEC to see if they could move me up, they were here the next week. Could not have asked for a better job. Their guys were great! Would highly recommend to anyone!
