Had Ryan come out to my house gave me an estimate paid for the emergency repair to get done, and some towards the full repair. One week later called and said my wife hasn't heard anyone on the roof did you guy fix it they said they would call me back. Called back same business day to say my job was missed and it slipped through the cracks after 2 rain storms and the snow we just had, still a hole in my roof. ECC came out and evaluated my roof for wind damage. They created a detailed report and sent it over to my insurance company. There was a misunderstanding at first but that was quickly cleared up. They did a great job representing me for my insurance claim and made sure that insurance paid for the appropriate solution to my roof. Install of my roof was done in a day and the workers did a great job cleaning up after they were done.
I was very please with the work and the way the property was taken care of and cleaned afterwards. Very impressive. Keep up the good work.
