I had someone come out for an estimate on 10/4. I took a ½ day off and we had a good conversation. Or so I thought. I was told I’d have an estimate within a couple of days. It’s now four and a half months later and no estimate. I’ve called over a half a dozen times and received assurances from the (very nice) person who answers the phone that someone would get back to me ASAP.
