I had someone come out for an estimate on 10/4. I took a ½ day off and we had a good conversation. Or so I thought. I was told I’d have an estimate within a couple of days. It’s now four and a half months later and no estimate. I’ve called over a half a dozen times and received assurances from the (very nice) person who answers the phone that someone would get back to me ASAP. At one point one of the staff (Hugh) left a message saying I’d have an estimate by the next day. That was November 17th.... Read more
