From start to finish a very good experience. Randy was our sales representative, and he was very responsive and worked with us through the estimating process. The crew lead by Jeff did an nice job on the installation, and when I noted a couple of things I wanted corrected, was quick to have the crew come back out to fix them. The quality of the work is very good, and I would recommend them to others.
ECC killed it, From start to finish they went out of their way to make it so stress-less and painless ... they gave new meaning to customer service from ,KEVIN ,JEFF,BRITTANY, JESSICA BRIDGETTE, AND ENTIRE JOB SITE CREW, for example a family member went to my house to see what it looked like and as she walked around the guy that was making sure to clean area escorted her so she didn't hurt herself or step on anything .. and when they leave when done they clean so well that my yard looked better...
