They managed to get to my work in a timely manner, and I was able to work with my insurance company who had threatened to cancel my policy if i didn't get a new rood in. ECC roofing is amazing in everything they do from customer service to feet on the ground. I am not surprised that they are a five star company. It took 3 weeks to connect with someone and having new roof with skylights installed. If that’s not efficient then what is. Great response time and communication! I love that they offer texting as it’s easier to reply promptly to rather than email. I had a gutter inspection and they were very professional and quick!
