Kevin took the time to explain everything to us on how the process would work, even meet the insurance adjuster when they came to assess our roof. From start to finish it was seamless for us. I recently had the pleasure of working with Elevation Exteriors for my roof replacement. They did a fantastic job! There was rain in the forecast off and on all day so they definitely had their work cut out for them that day. We woke up to rain that morning. Luckily it wasn’t a downpour and didn’t last long. We worked with Nick on our new roof. He was prompt in getting us scheduled once we were ready to go. Nick explained the process including when the dumpster would arrive and where it would be placed so we could get our cars out the garage. The workers arrived around 7 am and were done by 2 pm., yard cleaned of all roofing debris. The dumpster was removed by 9 am the next day. Elevation Exteriors replaced my roof due to hail damage. Most of my contact was with Nick, the Project Manager. Kevin was also present when the insurance adjuster looked at my roof.
