Seems like a great product and nice people, but terrible communication and follow-through.
We had Steve come out for an estimate on our newly purchased home for a semi complicated roofing, siding and window job. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. He told us he would work up the numbers and said the office would call us in a few days to set up an appointment to go over the estimate. Sales and setting the appt was flawless. Installation was a bit rough. Had to call them back multiple times to repair items that where damaged during the roof install. Cleanup was bad...done in the dark with headlamps. Following day wife had a flat tire. Although it was covered by the company...it was giant hassle.
