Not enough clear coat I still see some spots that does not have clear coat. I took pictures and sent it to them but nothing happened

Damien showed up on time and went over all the details of the job I was interested in for my garage floor coating. After taking measurements and pictures he then went over the quote from encore coatings. He answered all my questions and after settling on a price I went ahead and scheduled the job.
