I had called 3 different places to get my garage floor done and encore was the first and most reseasonable price. The sales guy was very nice personable and gave me his time to explain everything. On the flip side though the schedule was 2 to 3 months out and we were put on hold for that long with our brand new garage because we didn't want to load it full just to empty it out again. Used Encore to finish my garage floor. They were very professional during the entire process. Got a great price on the installation. Encore's installers were timely at arriving when expected and completed the floor installation in one day. Had one small minor problem which they were contacted about and the issue was resolved immediately. Floor looks great and is easy to clean. The crew was fantastic. They called to let us know when they would be here and they were on time. They took time to protect some of our belongings in the garage when they really didn't have to. The job was completed quicker than we thought. The floor looks amazing!

Got several estimates - they were the most professional & thorough of all of them. Had the garage floor done in December. It's been a week & the smell is still overpowering. Wish I had been able to have it done in warmer weather to be able to air out the garage for several days. Other than that, I'm REALLY happy with their work!
