The whole experience with Encore was a good one. Our salesman Taylor came out right away and was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. Once we signed on the communication every step of the way was excellent. The installation went smoothly and the floor looks fantastic. The cost was in line with what others quoted and we are very happy.
