Whoever supposed to come give me estimates got sick and canceled my appointment and I informed them before also that I didn’t have job done, how can I write a review?
We had a significant crack in our garage floor that went from one side to the other and many areas of pitting. The end product looks nice. The floor is a bit rougher than I was expecting (compared to epoxy) but it was explained that it's needed to prevent slipping from the results of the winter weather. Very professional company.
I met with Caleb to get an estimate. He was very professional and friendly, he answered all my questions. Chris and Reid did the work on my garage floor. They were also friendly and professional. My garage floor looks great. Pitted spots are gone. Dust and leaves roll right off. Encore representative Tony came to our home to review with me the steps that were necessary to repair our garage floor that was seriously damaged by winter salt water, he was very knowledgeable about the process needed to repair the damage and was excellent in explaining the repair process to me. He is an excellent Encore Representative. We will have the repair work done in the near future.
