I had them come out and put a coating on my garage floor in July. The product seems to be good but because there was rain that day they couldn’t finish the very end of the garage floor and had to come back. When the person came back he texted me to tell me they were on their way. They said they rang the doorbell (ring) but we didn’t hear anything. Had Encore do the flooring in my garage and it looks great! Very happy with the results, it's exactly what I wanted. Five stars because Encore was great with responsiveness and the work. I have no complaints. Attaching a few before and after pics.
I have an install date a month away however the salesman Homer Figueras was very nice and professional and a great price thanks again
