I expected a wonderful experience after reading the reviews. It was anything but wonderful. The wrong color was on the contract. So glad I caught it in time. Kim, in customer service, is truly a gem. She helped to fix that issue. However, the sealer that they applied was not mixed properly. After 3 day, it still wasn't dry. Very sticky and tacky.
