Nick arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and we looked at the basement floor and detached garage. I explained that sometimes water comes from under the floor in cracks.Turned out that due to this water issues the special coating could not be used. Nick got back to me after researching, as he had promised. The garage was a reasonable price and this price is good for 1 year so we can not feel pressured regarding our decision. If we do decide to proceed it will be with Encore.

I have to edit my previous review. After a year, there are a number of spots where the coating is bubbling and coming off. I tried to submit a claim on their website, but it wouldn't accept it. I called their office and was told me to email it to them, which I did. After a week, there was no response so I called.
