The installation crew was very professional and explained each step of the process. The floor was in terrible condition to start with but turned out looking awesome after they completed the process. Great job Encore!!!!

Came out to the house and gave me a verbal quote. I told him that had 1 more estimate. He pushed for 20% down and told him that I would probably have encore do this project but just wanted to get the last estimate. Never contacted me, never answered his phone or several texts. Company has no phone number and correspondence by email only. Stay away from this one company! No way to run a business
Encore recently installed our garage floor coating. I am very pleased with how it looks. Encore personnel came on the scheduled date, explained the installation process in detail, told us how long the installation would take, and finished the work on time. I was very happy with the work that was done. During the installation, damage was done to my utility door. I contacted Encore Customer Service and I was reimbursed the full cost of repair.
