Encoré was great to work with. Anthony explained the process as well as the type of material. The techs came out as scheduled and did a amazing job. They are not subcontractors, they are Encore employees, at least that is what I was told. It’s been about a month since my garage was completed and so far everything looks fine. I hope the floor continues to look great over the next few years. Very happy
