Excellent job done. They closed the garage when they left. I was unable to open it next day and saw the bracket was damaged. This was a grey area figuring out how did this happen and who did it although they took the responsibility and sent professional garage person next day to fix it at their expense. Tom quoted the job and was very responsive. Debbie handled the garage concern and did her best to take care of the problem promptly.

Encore personnel were outstanding in all respects from information inquiries to design and installation, They are knowledgeable and professional. The whole project was totally organized and coordinated. Estimators and cabinet designers were were quick and efficient, Installers for floor and cabinets did outstanding workmanship in all respects.
