Was fine, I did get some wrong info from the office. It was stated that I did not have to take my bikes down from the bike rack, but I did. I was told that they could do a wood step in the garage, she said it was included but the installer balk a bit but did it just fine.

Encore Garage was absolutely amazing to work with. This was a project that my husband really wanted and I didn’t really care about but wow, he won me over on this one. The garage looks so new and is so so easy to clean. The kids even like to take it over now and use it as their gym. It all got done super quick and and didn’t disrupt our lives whatsoever. The guys were great. I highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied customer! EncoreGarage took my garage floor, which was in an absolutely horrible condition and made it look showroom quality in just one day. Excellent job done. They closed the garage when they left. I was unable to open it next day and saw the bracket was damaged. This was a grey area figuring out how did this happen and who did it although they took the responsibility and sent professional garage person next day to fix it at their expense. Tom quoted the job and was very responsive. Debbie handled the garage concern and did her best to take care of the problem promptly.
