I had Encore come out to epoxy coat our garage floor. I love my floor! The sales rep was helpful and the appointment was scheduled at our convenience. They could not coat the apron due to the weather so had to come back out a few months later. Kyle, came out today to finish the job. Kyle is amazing--he has excellent customer service skills in addition to his technical skills for the job. He called to notify me when he was on his way. Garage floor was completed and looks great! Encore came out on a cold, wet day and was able to get my 3 car garage knocked out. It looks great and is so much cleaner; can't wait until it dries.
