We believe customer service is the most important aspect for a business and the customer service at Encore Garage is awful. No matter how good a product is doesn’t really matter at the end of the day if they don’t have good customer service. We signed a contract with them to epoxy the garage floor in our new townhome. We put a 50% deposit down and scheduled the service. Our builder had delays so we hadn’t closed but the builder agreed to let them do the work. The builder was emptying out the gar... Read more

We had our 3- car garage floor refinished by ENCORE GARAGE. They did a tedious, professional and clean job. The floor looks amazing and handled the Winter salt and scum just fine after cleaning.
