Wonderful looking floor. Look forward to many years of enjoyment. The man who worked on the floor was great and could tell he was very experienced. 3/22/16 Update- we had encore install an epoxy floor for our commercial building. Same great price and service!

I like the product, but haven't experienced a winter with it. But Im VERY unhappy about the professionalism of the owner of the company. Their product is good, their customer service is horrible. The owner of the company is all smiles until he gets you to sign the contract. Once you sign the contract, you never see him again. He is quick to tell you that anything that is wrong is normal, and if you move something from your garage, that is your problem and if you want his guys to do it, its an ex... Read more

As co-owner of AmbassaDOOR Garage Door Service and Repairs we've seen many garages that Encore designed and built cabinets for as well as floors and all I can say is these guys are the best.
