We were selling our house and in the inspection there was a note saying we had hail damage to our roof. We contacted Endurance Roofing and 5 other roofing companies. Mike with Endurance Roofing was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. Turns out our roof was not damaged from hail but instead was a manufactory defect to the shingles. Mike explained how I could contact Tamko- the shingles company and submit a roofing warranty claim. Selling our house was so stressful and not certain at times, the only thing we could count on during this entire process was Endurance Roofing. We had to get the roof fixed and replaced within two weeks before we closed on our house. Mike said no problem, we will get you in- I do not want you to worry about any of this. I truly cannot say enough great things about him and his company! They completely ripped off our old roof and replaced it with a new one WITHIN ONE DAY!!! That is amazing service. I had to pay him up front since I did not have enough time to complete the warranty claim. But he assured me there would be no problem, that once I received the certificates from the shingles warranty claim he would reimburse me back the money I paid him. He was the only roofing company that explained and knew the warranty process. I would use this company again and again. I recommend Endurance Roofing to everyone I know. Because finding good help/service is few in-between but we truly hit the jackpot working with Mike at Endurance Roofing. You would be insane not to use this company for any roofing needs.
