Windows, siding, roof extension on front porch, front deck, sheet wrapped whole house and gutters. Excellent work and materials used to complete the whole process. The workers were very fast and hard working. Had a couple minor fixes but they were very good at fixing them to our liking. Would recommend them highly.

Most of my experience was positive. The windows, once installed, seem to be high quality and installed well. My biggest issue is that they installed a broken window in my house. After they had already installed the new window, there was a huge crack down the center. They said "it must have happened during shipping, we'll get a replacement ordered". So my concern:
-Why would you take it off the truck? (Is there no pre-inspection process?)

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. When windows arrive from manufacturer to our warehouse we inspect the best we can without unwrapping windows and doors. Windows and doors are shrink-wrapped and packaged and only opened at the installation site, if we open at warehouse we don't have the ability to re-shrink-wrap packaging to protect in shipping to jobsite. From time to time a window can come cracked, it could have crack on way here from factory, it could of cracked on trip from our warehouse to jobsite, it is glass, sometimes there is a stress crack. Yes it takes time to get a replacement glass or sash in and that is all covered under our warranty process. Our windows come with a lifetime guarantee and we honored our warranty. Our Installers are professionals and did a great job for you. We will continue to stand behind our products and warranties. If you need help in the future please reach out to our office.
