We were really pleased at how Donnie got to know us when helping design our door. After shopping around, we were starting to feel like our business wasn’t important to anyone. Donnie made us feel important to him and the company. My mom was here for the installation and Steve and Dale made her feel comfortable and informed. We have two small children who were very curious and the installers didn’t hesitate to make them comfortable too.
