I purchased my windows in 2005, Last year I noticed that three of the windows were frosted between the panes. I called a couples of companies to get estimates for replacing them. We just replaced 14 windows with Energy Swing. This is in addition to the 8 windows we did about 9 years ago. We are very satisfied with the product, the original windows are still tight and flawless. We had one issue with a broken part on one of the original windows a few years after installation. The installers were polite, competent, and friendly. Dean, Steve, and Elias were incredible. These guys aren't installers, they're artistic craftsmen. My home settled and the door jams and floor are not level. This was a difficult installation and these guys die an amazing job.
