I purchased my windows in 2005, Last year I noticed that three of the windows were frosted between the panes. I called a couples of companies to get estimates for replacing them. I decided to call Energy Swing and to my surprised when the Sales Rep came he told me they are under warrantee and someone from the service department will come and take measurements and order replacements, The measurements were taken a week later.
