We just replaced 14 windows with Energy Swing. This is in addition to the 8 windows we did about 9 years ago. We are very satisfied with the product, the original windows are still tight and flawless. We had one issue with a broken part on one of the original windows a few years after installation. The installers were polite, competent, and friendly. Dean, Steve, and Elias were incredible. These guys aren't installers, they're artistic craftsmen. My home settled and the door jams and floor are not level. This was a difficult installation and these guys die an amazing job. The three-person crew who worked on my basement did an excellent job. They were extremely receptive to my needs in that they completed some work not specifically stated in the contract. This crew always showed up on time and were very responsible and polite. I would recommend Total Basement Finishing to anyone who is looking into finishing his or her basement.
