We recently moved into our house and came to realize that one of the windows needed replaced. I found paperwork stating the windows came with a 15 year warranty so I gave them a call. Turns out the warranty gets passed to the new home owner (us) for 2 years! So the window was replaced with no cost at all. Very happy with the work, responsiveness, and the friendliness of the employee, Justin R.
