We recently moved into our house and came to realize that one of the windows needed replaced. I found paperwork stating the windows came with a 15 year warranty so I gave them a call. Turns out the warranty gets passed to the new home owner (us) for 2 years! So the window was replaced with no cost at all. Our experience was superlative in every way. The salesmen took time with us going over the insulating values, the different processes and manufacturers, etc. The crew (Fred and Elias) who came to install our new front door completely covered the nearby floors, worked quickly and efficiently, addressed our questions about baseboards and so forth, and were very cheerful. The whole deal was done in just a few hours and we couldn't be happier.
