Back in 2005 we purchased our doors from Energy Swing Windows. Yesterday 9/18/2017 Ron Strader and Justin Radabaugh came and fixed the molding around the door window free of charge. I had an issue with the screens that came with my new window. When I contacted Energy Swing Windows, they responded immediately and came out to look at the screens. The screens looked identical to me but they were not. I had placed them in the wrong windows. Thanks to Ron and Tracy for taking the time to help me resolve the problem.
