He was very knowledgeable, able to answer our questions, provide details of the window construction and thermal performance that we could not get from other companies. We were able to order hardwood (cherry) on the inside of our windows with a stain that went well with the windows we didn’t replace. We ruled out the highest and lowest bids, leaving energy Swing and a compeditor within about $4000. I couldn't quite justify the difference in price, so Chris reworked the bid with ProVia windows.
