I called in a panic as our pump quit and the water was getting high in our well in the basement . The receptionist answered my call right away and I was told someone would be there in the early afternoon. I was delighted that no water damage was done and the pump was replaced at no cost to us.

Had the Everdry team out to replace the system after a portion was plugged due to invasion of small roots. The problem was diagnosed promptly. Completion of the replaced system was installed in two installment's. The team was experienced , working in undesirable weather without complaints & accomplished the mission . Everything is working well to date. A job well done.

The work the Salesman described to be done wasn't done. The foundation was supposed to be sealed, work done to dig up a section of the basement wasn't done although I paid for that and got no reimbursement. The hard cover to be installed on the basement walls was changed to the thick plastic ( okayed by me after Foreman mentioned it would be better) and there was no change in price.
