I had my basement serviced by Everdry several years ago after a power outage caused a flood in my basement. After the work was finished I was still experiencing some unacceptable odor in the basement. I called Everdry and they sent someone out to assess the problem. It was fixed by giving me some deodorant to fix the smell and I have not had any more problems with it. I appreciate that they came out and took care of it. After one of our heavy rains this late summer; I experienced some wet walls near three of my basement windows. My basement has a complete Everdry system. I called Everdry and they were prompt in coming out to inspect the walls. Without hesitation, they recommend that each of the windows be hand dug to the footer and the walls re-sealed and new drainage stone installed. They put me on the schedule and completed the work. We had moist floors near the corners of the walls and a moist/wet spot in the middle of our basement. An Everdry salesperson came to the house for an estimate and we scheduled the work to be done within a few months. The work took about 4 days to complete.
