We had ever dry come and water proof our basement and install an ez breath system to give us better air quality in the house. The team was absolutely fantastic , showed up on time walked we through the entire process making sure we had no additional questions during the work. They showed us each step as they were doing it and they kept to their 2 day time line, I highly recommend this company!

Years ago (2008) we had Everdry come and look at our basement for a water problem of standing water. At that Time the came and did the work on the basement, but they did not do the one side of the basement because it was finished and had carpeting down. it was written up that if we ever had a problem that they would come back and take care of it no charge. My mother used Everdry at her home in Caledonia ny for the last 5 years! they did a great job on her old stone basement. she is able to use it again without worry of any family memories being ruined. I love the fact that if anything goes wrong with the pumps or she has any issues she is covered under her warranty and they come right out and take care of it! I would recommend Everdry to anyone with water/dampness in their basement! They, simply, get the job done and are great to work with!

We had a lot of communication issues. The workers at the house were great, but they didn't always seem to have the same information as to what needed to be done. The subcontractors were similarly given unclear instructions. We had difficulties getting EverDry to return our calls. I want to give a good review, because the work was done quickly and the workers were great, but at this point we haven't gotten the followup so that we can be sure that what we asked to have done has been done.
