Had our basement waterproofed by Everdry in November of 2023. Not very long ago!! The staff are very nice, and respectful BUT…..
I am just not certain about the quality of the work completed. We explained where our basement leaks but whatever they did has not fixed the issue. So over $20,000 and we still have a very wet basement. We contacted them on Friday and have yet to receive a call back and the water continues to flow in. I had a bad experience with this company but since then I was told they have a new manager, Jeff, who came out to make things right. Since then they've addressed all our issues and so far everything seem fine. Hopefully everything stays dry. I'll give 4 stars if it stays dry through the spring.
