Everdry originally waterproofed my basement in September 1989 and did an excellent job. In the years since, they have been to my house many times to do remedial work and to replace failed sump pumps. The most recent call I made to them was January 2023 when one of my two sump pumps failed. Everdry took my call and quickly called me back. Emily Bennett talked me through steps to determine what might be wrong. After going through these steps she told me a technician would would call me. Adam called shortly after and said he would be over in 15 to20 minutes and he was on time. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional . The EverDry crew was very good at what they do. The Forman Aaron kept me apprised of every step the we’re doing every day. The crew cleaned up after every days work and even came back to put up caution tape around the whole in the backyard for the water tank till the inspector was able to come. The Foreman went through all the paperwork and how to test the sump pump. He even said they would come back to help spread dirt to even out the yard. Our’s was what I would call a big job even if it was Standard for them. We prepared the basement, but on the first day the crew covered our belongings with additional plastic. I thought I would want to get out of the house once work started. The noise was not bad and I worked upstairs in our office. The job took 5 days and the communication was excellent throughout.
