We called Everdry for issues with the sump pump that came with the basement waterproofing job that they have done for us 4 years ago. Josh arrived on time, was very polite and courteous and 100% professional. He inspected the system and performed varied tests, and ultimately identified the root cause of the issue. I'd say that the crew was friendly and courteous. They kept us informed of the steps and what they were doing. Also very helpful in moving large heavy items that we could not manage. They would let us know what time they'd be here and they were here on time.

We have had the Everdry system for about 5 years. Install was a nightmare. Workers didn't show up for our apt, no communication, manager was condescending on the phone when I tried to just ask if they could give us a heads up if they weren't going to make it since we were taking time off of work, sales promised things that they couldn't actually offer and the sump pump was installed incorrectly.
