we had a flood in our basement due to the sump bump breaking down. we called everdry as they are the people that installed it and its guaranteed for ever. they came out and fixed what was wrong except the battery back up systerm which we had to replace. overall our experience with them and manual, the installer were very good.

Feb. 2022: Again, very responsive, on time and so helpful. Replaced the sump pump switch, drained some of the water that was on our floor. Josh took the time to tell me about a battery backup and also a sump pump that can be followed with an app! Everdry is a great company. Earlier review: the original service guy called to say he'd be late, no problem, he contacted another service guy and he came right away. The water on our floor turned out not due to Everdry. When we purchased our home, we were pleasantly surprised to find a great waterproofing system installed in our basement by a previous owner. We maintained the service agreement renewable warranty, which could be a lifesaver financially speaking. Just this week, we had Josh from Everdry Waterproofing service our system for an annoying noise we were hearing from one of our sump pump.
