James Jolly was amazing! He was on time, which is a big deal to me. He cleaned as he worked. Like Goldilocks, he was friendly but not so talkative that he wasn't busy. He wasn't super slow but also not so fast that he rushed. Our bathroom looks great and I would 100% recommend him for anyone.
