Excellent home service call with Chris Krich! 1 year after install of $10,000 Jacuzzi tub/shower, I (the homeowner) reached out to ExpressBath for warranty service. I had fudged up the silicone grout trying to DIY, which made the grout uglier and worse. I should have called ExpressBath first! Our standard tub/shower was replaced by express.Multiple choices were presented and we chose exactly what we desired.Was told it could take 2 months for order to be complete but actually it was 5 weeks.Trey and Duane were our installers.Explained everything before they started.They did an outstanding job.Protected our rugs and furniture with dropsheets.Cleaned up as they worked and left the house clean and orderly.The finished product looks exactly as the demo pictures.No flaws found.We are happ... My Shower looks fantastic. I received a call to set up my appointment for installation which was really nice to make sure it was convenient for my schedule. Josh D was excellent with installing my shower he talked me through the process from beginning to end. He was also patient with any questions I had in reference to the shower installation. Express Bath did two bath replacements for me. I am very satisfied with the end result. The sales visit was unnecessarily long and they kept with the company sales pitch though I pressed to move on.
