Brett did a fantastic job, very professional, courteous, and kind. He kept his work environment clean, cleaned up after himself and made sure to answer any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom. The water would not get hot for us. Just stayed at 102 degrees. Well, CHRIS save the rest of our days by showing us how to push the lever to go to the next level of hot hot water at 120 degrees. CHRIS used his gadgets to check water at bathroom sink which was 130 degrees. Then he worked his way over to the walk-n tub abd did his 🪄 magic. Love our Jacuzzi shower by Express Bath we got last summer! We are both senior citizens and 'shower people' and stepping over ledge of the tub was asking for trouble. The oversized shower is not only much more convenient but glamorous.
