I had the best experience with Express Bath and im super happy with my new tub! Pat, my salesmen and Jeffery, my installer were both wonderful! EDIT: Google wouldnt let me do a second review...just edit this one! I was in a mess! I have 2 bathrooms and both needed remodeling. I went with express bath on the one I knew needed work but thought I could get by with doing the other with a friend...I couldnt and got way in over my head. I reached out to Express Bath and in 2 weeks, they had bailed me... Read more

They did two bathtub to walk in shower conversions. Day one shower one the work went well. Day two shower two very different. It was the exact same size and configuration but the corner gaps ranged from 1/8 to 3/16. I was told during the pre-sale speech that they make up custom templates so the fit is truly custom. Well he made templates but they didn't eliminate the terrible gaps and was told they fill them with caulk. UNEXCEPTABE !They came back and added a second skin to close the bigger gaps... Read more

Express Bath appreciates your business. It is unfortunate we could not meet your standards. No matter the extent of customer care taken by management. Our systems are injected with a sealant in gaps up to 1/8 in. Standard caulk lines are 1/4in (Industry standard). We have pleased over 500 customers per year with this system.
